CHKLZ (pronounced “CHUCKLES”) is a Phoenix-based husband-and-wife live electronic dance band.
Fusing explosive percussion, glitchy synths, and raw rave energy, they’ve built their signature sound: DRUM KAOS—a high-energy blend of indie dance, modern house, and live performance.
Named Best Dance Artist by Phoenix New Times, CHKLZ brings the spirit of The Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, and The Prodigy crashing into a sweat-soaked, live experience—part band, part warehouse riot.
With DJ iLL Choppo (formerly of Okilly Dokilly) on drums and percussion, their sets are chaotic, joyful, and built to move bodies.
